Folks, this is a really old feature on home alarm panels. I have seen this since at least 1997. The buttons are hotkeys to call the Fire Station, Ambulance or Police respectively. You have to hold the button down for 3 seconds before it is activated.
Actually, this alarm keypad is just like any other. FAP stands for Fire, Ambulance, Police. Rather convenient, yes?
Why was this dugg? Not funny. Means “Fire, Ambulance, Police”
