I just read about a new tech product to be launched in a few months that’s essentially a full-sized keyboard that integrates an entire Windows PC inside. Developed by Asus, the Eee Keyboard integrates the same tiny circuit board as their Eee PC notebook and comes with a 5.5″ touch-sensitive display which I have to say is awkwardly located to the right of the keys.

You’ll forget all about the weirdness of the screen’s location when you use the product’s best feature. It comes with an embedded radio chip and a receiver that allows you to turn any TV in your house into its monitor. And when combined with its built in wireless connection, you’ll be able to stream high definition shows from iTunes.com or Hulu.com. (Are you cable companies scared yet?)
The cost is estimated at between $500 and $600 and the Keyboard will be available in September. I’m hoping it comes with a slick carrying case, because while the product is insanely cool, the dork factor of carrying around a full-sized keyboard is immense.
